Fitness workers committed to careers in sector – survey

WORKERS in the fitness industry are more committed to careers in the sector, according to recent research. The annual Working in Fitness Survey, conducted by SkillsActive and REPs, is now in its sixth year and showed a shift in attitudes from staff, revealing they are now more committed to training. Almost 1,500 fitness professionals took part and this year – for the first time – SkillsActive derived the equivalent annual salary for those earning hourly wages.
