May 2008 | Craig facing ultimate challenge to raise money for charity
A BANNATYNE'S fitness instructor is taking part in the ultimate fitness and stamina challenge to raise money for charity. 
Craig Owen from Shrewsbury will compete in the UK Ironman triathlon - joining 1,500 competitors in the event which consists of of a 3.8km swim, followed by a 180km cycle ride and a 42km run. 
He started a 31-week training regime to prepare for the event, which takes place in September.
