The F45 Playoffs are making their UK debut at this year's Colour Run Hero Tour in Wembley.
On July 8, Wembley Park will host the event and F45 will debut the Playoffs as the official fitness and presenting partner.
They come to the UK after success in every Australian state as well as in California and Colorado, USA.
The Playoffs are open to all Colour Run participants as well as the UK F45 studio network and the general public.
The fittest male and female participants will be crowned as Playoffs Champions, winning thousands of pounds in prizes.
Free to enter, the fitness test will see competitors work through a gruelling set of ten sweat-inducing stations in just ten minutes, with exercises such as rowing, bench and lateral hops, box jumps, burpees, chin ups, Russian twists and sprints. Participants are expected to stay in each station for 45 seconds and complete as many repetitions as possible, and will have a 15 second rest period before moving on to the next station.
F45 founder Rob Deutsch said: "We are so excited to partner with The Color Run this year where we will be debuting the F45 Playoffs to the UK. The Playoffs have gained enormous popularity in Australia with thousands of people participating and battling it out to be crowned champion.
"We can’t wait to see what the UK has to offer and how they fare. F45 tests you. It challenges you. It makes you feel great — and that’s something of value for any age group and any fitness level. Whether you compete as an individual, bring a team, have a run through it for fun or watch the best of the best compete – we want everyone there.”
