A SHEFFIELD personal trainer has been named as one of the top 100 UK mums in business by a national support network.
Aimee Rogers runs Revitalize Fitness, a personal training enterprise specialising in training women and getting results.
She has recently been recognised as one of the top 100 UK mums in business by Mumpreneur UK, a national support network for mums who run their own enterprise.
Aimee said:I was so shocked and pleased. When you are self-employed you have to put yourself out there and really believe in yourself. To have someone recognise that hard work and say well done, means a lot.
Some people don't like the term mumpreneur but I think it recognises the different challenges mums in business face. It's not easy, it can be difficult to find the time but it is possible.
