OLYMPIC and world cycling champion Victoria Pendleton has launched the 2013 International Fitness Week.
As part of the event, up until March 17, Fitness First gyms will be opening their doors and offering free gym passes, in a bid to make the country a fitter place.
Victoria is supporting the campaign by encouraging both members and non-members to come down and give exercise a go, whatever their ability.
She said: “People need to get moving, be it cycling or any other exercise. This is a great chance for people to try out all fitness activities for free.”
