A NEW iPhone app which allows people to track their physical activity levels for free has been downloaded over 1m times since its launch in January.
Moves tracks walking, cycling, running and using the stairs, as well as identifying locations users have visited before plotting them on the app’s activity ‘storyline.’
Users are then kept updated with a daily notification summarising just how active they have been.
Founder Sampo Karjalainen said: “Fitness tracking has become more and more important for people who are fitness enthusiasts but also the type of person who may not go to the gym or run every day. Moves is a must-have download for both types of people.”
