FOUNDER of Adventure Bootcamp Kate Staples is planning to host a fitness fundraiser, with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to support the Philippine typhoon relief effort.
Kate, a former GB athlete and TV Gladiator Zodiac, felt compelled to act as she watched footage of the devastation caused by the recent super typhoon.
She believes she can mobilise the area’s fitness fans and exercise novices alike and encourage them to attend The Old Reedonians, Whiteley Village, Cobham on Saturday November 30.
All money raised will be donated to UNICEF, whose first priority is to provide life-saving interventions to children and their families such as medicines, nutrition, and safe water during the aftermath of the storm.
Those who sign up can also buy themselves Kate's body shaping and energy boosting 14 Day Fat Burning Programme, which includes boot camp sessions and a meal plan to help ensure maximum fat loss for the two week period, for a £35.00 donation.
Alternatively, they can join the workout, which takes place from 8-9am, for a drop-in donation of £5.00 to £10.00.
