CLUB owners Chris Hart and Craig Wheatley from Harts Fitness in Clowne have recently increased their personal training clients by over 25 per cent.
After enlisting CFM to run a member campaign for them at the club, they were able to up sell a number of the new members to their PT package, which includes goal setting consultation, personalised training plan and three months' PT support.
Craig said: “We used CFM to give our membership numbers a boost during the summer, this really helped raise awareness of the club in the town and helped us to reach new members that wouldn’t normally have joined our club.
“On top of that though we were able to increase our clients on personal training programmes by 27 which has increased our revenues on top of the new members that we gained through the CFM campaign.
“At Harts it's not just about membership but about the members’ experience, adding value to their membership which in turn supports retention.”
