A LEISURE centre in South Yorkshire has been shouting about its most recent successes; an expansion to its facilities and the addition of a new member with a famous face.
Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre has benefited from a significant cash injection from operator BPL which has enabled it to expand the gym facilities enough to house a further 200 members.
Enhancements include a new cardio room, larger free weights area, increased space for exercise classes and a larger selection of classes on offer.
In addition to this, the latest boost to the centre is its newest Fitness Flex member – world class football referee Howard Webb.
BPL facility manager Simon Potter said: “We have lots to celebrate at Dorothy Hyman at the moment, we have a fantastic new fitness suite offering as well as a whole host of new members.
“It’s great that a world class referee feels our facilities are perfect for his needs and to ensure he is at the top of his game going forward.”
