HEALTH and wellbeing expert Jessie Pavelka has joined forces with BMI Healthcare to encourage people across the country to build simple exercises into their day by signing up to the independent healthcare provider’s Workout @ Work programme.
The programmes of stretching, toning and cardio have been designed by BMI Healthcare physiotherapists and promoted by Jessie.
They can be performed at work by the desk, with colleagues at lunchtime, or even at home.
Jessie said: “It’s important for the employer to encourage movement and activity in their employee's day. It is going to help everyone and it will help the business’ productivity; the employees take that 10 minute break and they’ll come back feeling fresh. It’ll help the business itself – I really want to encourage employers to sign-up.”
