AWARD winning celebrity trainer Christianne Wolff has launched a new book, which includes over 50 healthy recipes, as well as a two week detox plan.
The Body Rescue Plan teaches users how they can lost 2.5 stone in 12 weeks through Christianne’s mindset techniques, fitness, yoga and detox.
