OVER 500 group exercise enthusiasts flocked to Northern Ireland’s biggest fitness festival, which took place at the Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex.
The Les Mills GFX Series included the hottest dance, high intensity interval training, martial arts and mind body workouts and welcomed fitness experts, instructors and fitness fans.
Head trainer at Les Mills UK and Ireland Dave Kyle said: “The GFX Series just keeps growing and getting better with each event.
“We had an epic day of fitness and fun and this was the first GFX event we’ve hosted in Northern Ireland and we were overwhelmed with the turnout and indeed effort by all who attended. It was an incredible day.”
A local Belfast charity – JT Inspires – was also the recipient of £2,500 from the Les Mills Fund for Children, a charitable foundation set up by Les Mills UK and Ireland, which offers grants to charities that enhance the life of children.
