HALFORDS has launched its #31FitterDays campaign on Facebook; encouraging people to get more active throughout January, whether that's jogging up the stairs instead of taking the lift, taking a stroll through the park or hitting the gym.
Halfords #31FitterDays exercise plan has been developed by qualified personal trainer and certified nutritionist Mo Jabbar, who will be sharing his top fitness tips every week at Facebook/HalfordsUK.
Each day will also feature a choice of exercises for participants to complete. This could be a walk, a bike ride or a set of stretches.
