50 Sports in 50 Weeks global campaign comes to Ireland

AN international campaign – 50 Sports in 50 Weeks – which has been designed to tackle childhood obesity and the declining activity levels in kids and families will visit Dublin, Cork and Tipperary from April 26 to May 7.
During the 10 day campaign, Australian family Paul Brown, his wife Jacqui and son Ben have lined up a series of activities such as Gaelic Football and Hurling and will visit local schools to spread their message.
The family is on a global mission to promote sports and healthy lifestyles to kids and grown-ups everywhere and plan to experience 50 Sports in 50 Weeks, visiting 50 of the most iconic locations around the globe and learning about each sport from 50 of the greatest athletes, champion teams, sporting legends and role models they can find.
The Irish leg of their journey will be sponsored by énergie Fitness Clubs of Ireland.
