New class launches for pop music fans

POP music fans can now slip on their dancing shoes and work out to their favourite tunes, thanks to the launch of the latest group exercise craze to hit the industry.
Popdance Fit combines easy to follow routines set to pop classics from the eighties right up to the present day and is suitable for anyone from experienced gymgoers to those just starting out.
The first wave of instructors have recently completed their training course and founder Sue Wybrow told Workout she is looking forward to spreading the word further over the coming months with more instructor training days, which will hopefully lead to classes being added to gym timetables around the country.
She added: “We had a great time and enjoyed meeting new instructors.
“It's great to see what amazing talent is out there and the fact that Popdance can help teachers to do what they love to do – dance – whilst we market, support and help them to run both successfully and profitably.”
