Group exercise instructor Louie Fecou has created a new class, which is going down a storm with fitness fans in Ayrshire.
Retro-bics is a fun session that takes its inspiration from the golden age of fitness classes.
Using classic moves and choreography, including grapevines and box-steps, the class is a fun energetic cardio workout, set to a 70s and 80s soundtrack and suitable for exercisers of all levels.
Louie said: "We are having great success with people flocking to take part in our class.
“The reason for its success, is the Retro feel of the session. Everyone can do a grapevine and an easy walk, but Retro-bics spices things up with moves such as "Cowboy" and "The Adam Ant!" It's highly addictive and infectious, people are clamoring for more."
