Les Mills launches new on demand streaming service

LES Mills has launched a new on demand streaming service, which allows users to access the company’s workouts online at any time from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Fans can access the workouts as many times as possible and, as with all Les Mills programmes can work at their own pace to build fitness.
CEO Phillip Mills said: “Around the world there are millions of people using Les Mills to fuel their fitness, whether it’s a dance class such as SH’BAM or our indoor cycle class RPM; gym users come back time and time again.
“We recognise that sometimes people want to ‘have a go’ in the comfort of their own home before trying out a live class and we’ve had a great deal interest across the globe to make our classes available online and this is just one way we hope we are helping to create a fitter planet.”
