Experts reveal top summer fitness tips

EXPERTS from Virgin Active have shared their top tips for keeping in shape over the summer, designed to help members get the most out of their workouts.
Virgin Active staff including national personal training manager Hugh Hanley and personal trainer Alex Rahim have given their advice on making fitness fun.
Tips include working out in a group to push yourself harder and trying a range of different activities in the gym – such as indoor cycling and rowing or swimming – to build up confidence and strength before tackling them outside.
