Know Your Limits alcohol campaign moves into gyms

GYMS are being asked to help make their members aware of alcohol’s impact on exercise and health.
The Fitness Industry Association and the Department of Health have joined forces to take the Know Your Limits campaign into fitness facilities.
Over 500 clubs have already signed up to run the scheme and help educate their members on the dangers of drinking.
