New campaign to attract brightest instructor talent

STAGES Indoor Cycling UK has launched a new initiative designed to capture the spirit of the UK’s indoor cycling community – and develop the country’s latest instructor talent.
The company’s “Do you know this kind of love?” campaign has been created to invite cyclists to join Stages’ online social media community.
The launch also coincides with a recruitment campaign – Take Centre Stage – to identify 100 individuals
to enter Team Stages development programme; a comprehensive system dedicated to developing indoor cycling ambassadors, professionals and master educators through a catalogue of coaching and education, programming, cycling meets and paid opportunities courtesy of Stages Indoor Cycling UK.
Successful graduates will also join an online directory of recognised indoor cycling instructors made available to facilities across the country.
Commercial director at Stages Indoor Cycling UK Elena Lapetra said: “We undoubtedly believe that the bike is only as only as good as the coach who leads the class; therefore finding the UK’s best talent, recognising and rewarding these individuals is fundamental to the success of the indoor cycling community and our company.
