ACTIVE IQ is set to boost safety and confidence in trampoline parks with the launch of a Level Two Trampoline Park Court Monitor qualification.
Developed by Right Directions, this is the first formal training qualification of its kind for the industry with Active IQ providing Regulated Qualification status.
The qualification comprises three days of training alongside practical scenarios and workshops and consists of five modules. Qualified court monitors will also be required to hold a Level Two Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Head of group development and Quest operations for Right Directions Gill Twell said: “We are excited to be working with Active IQ on the development of this new qualification which we believe not only our clients, but other trampoline operators will welcome to ensure safety and safeguarding at their facilities.
“With the popularity in trampolining on the rise, there is a clear need to ensure we set high standards of health and safety and customer service to protect the public and invest in training for trampoline park staff so they can fulfil their role with confidence and skill.
“This will also assist the trampolining industry to raise their profile and give customers additional confidence that staff who are supervising the parks hold a national recognised qualification.”
